Cheryl Rosenblum is on the board of The Georgia Micropigmentation and Permanent Makeup Association.  Cheryl has been studying Permanent Cosmetics for over ten years.

She has trained with John Hashey, one of the leading instructors of Permanent Cosmetics. John Hashey was a certified instructor with the American Society of Micro pigmentation.

Cheryl's other training includes a certification in the hand tool method with Leslie Lind of Perfect Appearance and certification in the rotary method with Dixie Medford of the Texas institute of Permanent Cosmetics. Cheryl has also taken advanced brow design with Permanent Cosmetics International, Miami Florida. She continues her education and this year had the honor of taking a Tattoo Machine operations course with Americas most famous Tattoo Artist, Lyle Tuttle (Founder of the Tattoo Museum).

In addition to her certificates, Cheryl is also a member of the American Academy of Micro pigmentation, and is A board certified Micro pigmentation Instructor by the American Academy of Micro pigmentation. Cheryl is a member of the Conventional & Cosmetic Tattoo Association. Currently she is the only Permanent Makeup Artist in Atlanta that is both a licensed tattoo Artist and Board Certified.

Cheryl is proud to be Atlanta's Cosmetic Tattoo Artist to obtain a Tattoo license as required by Georgia Law (by definition the application of permanent cosmetics is a tattoo).

Cheryl is first and only only Cosmetic Tattoo Artist in the state of Georgia who is both properly licensed as a Tattoo Artist and Board Certified by the American Academy of Micro Pigmentation . You can view the Academy web site for other Board Certified Artists in your area.

I am a hairdresser, and have had my permanent makeup done before, with a machine, and it was so painful, i didnt want to tell my clients, nor did i want to get a touchup. When i saw what Cheryl did, i decided to give it another try. She does this by hand, it the pain was minimal, with great results. I now tell my clients, and have no problem getting a touchup when needed! I am happy to talk to anyone about my experience.

Cheryl,

I love my eyebrows, lips and liner, and would recommend this to any of my friends and clients. This is very natural looking, and no one knows it is tattooed, unless i tell them. Mu lips look fuller, and the shape is much better. If anyone would like to see my makeup, or talk to me, i will show them, and tell them how painless this is.

Dear Cheryl,

I don't like to consider myself a vain person, but after years of embarrassment about my lips, I decided to do something about it. The very top part of my lips were very dark, while the rest, including my bottom lips was very pale and light beige. You can imagine the contrast on my African American skin. . I constantly wore lipstick which was fine until I ate! I was tired of being self conscious and wanted my lips to be a natural color. I looked online for permanent makeup artists in Atlanta and found Cheryl Steinberg's web site. She had the best credentials that I could find, and after a few tries my lips are a nice pinkish color. It was worth every dime! Thanks Cheryl.
